THE DETAIL, WHEN YOU NEED IT

Before we agree.

What does the agreement cover?

We set out the term, break provisions, deposit arrangements, permitted use, bills, repair obligations and handback expectations. Required owner, lender, freeholder, planning and insurance permissions must be addressed for the property.

Do you accept every property?

No. We assess the location, condition, permitted use, costs and suitability for guests before making an offer.

How long is the lease?

The term and any break clauses are negotiated for each property. We do not publish a universal lease length.

Do you cover every repair?

The agreement allocates routine upkeep, damage, structural repairs and other liabilities. We will not describe all repairs as included unless the contract says so.

Who stays in the property?

Our accommodation serves working professionals, contractors, relocators, insurance stays and leisure guests, subject to property suitability and the agreed use.
