Estate & letting agent partnerships

Property partnerships
for estate agents.

Have a landlord open to a different letting model? Introduce us to suitable homes, portfolios or developments and let’s explore a professional accommodation partnership.

Built on an open conversation

How we work
with your agency

We rent or lease suitable properties with the owner’s informed agreement, furnish and equip them as agreed, and operate short and medium stays. We explain the model before any offer is accepted.

01

More ways to serve landlords

Offer owners a conversation about management or fixed rent, depending on their objectives.

02

A repeat relationship

A suitable first property can be the beginning of a longer partnership across your available stock and future instructions.

03

Clear commercial arrangements

Agency fees, introductions, communication and ongoing involvement are discussed case by case and recorded before proceeding.

What happens to the property?

How we use
the property

We plan the furnishings and equipment, coordinate the guest journey and organise the day-to-day operation. Use, occupancy, responsibilities and permissions must match the agreement with the owner.

We welcome furnished and unfurnished homes, suitable individual units and portfolio opportunities.

01

Introduce the opportunity

Send the area, property particulars, availability, asking rent or price and the landlord’s expectations.

02

Bring the owner into the conversation

Confirm that serviced accommodation is acceptable in principle and discuss the necessary permissions.

03

Agree the relationship

Set out agency fees, roles and contact arrangements. No assumed referral payments or exclusivity.

04

Keep the handover clear

Agree the inventory, property condition, access and day-one responsibilities.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

The details, explained.

Will the landlord know how the property is used?

Yes. The serviced accommodation use is discussed explicitly and must be permitted by the agreement and any relevant approvals.

Do you pay referral fees?

Commercial terms are discussed individually. We do not advertise an automatic referral fee or promise payment without an agreement.

Can our agency remain involved?

Yes, where the scope works for all parties. We agree who communicates with the landlord and who handles each responsibility.

What should we send first?

Property particulars, general location, size, current condition, rental or sale expectations and availability. Please obtain permission before sharing a client’s personal details.
