Who handles your enquiry
CL Stays handles enquiries about property management, leasing, serviced accommodation and property sourcing. You can contact us about this notice or the information we hold at info@clstays.co.uk.
Information you choose to send
Our forms ask for your name, email address and details relevant to your enquiry. Depending on the form, this may include your relationship to a property, its location, number of bedrooms, condition, availability and preferred way of working with us. An investment brief asks about your preferred area, property type, budget range, intended strategy, funding position and timing. The general contact form also has optional fields for a property area and a message.
Please do not include bank details, identity documents or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry. The required fields help us understand and respond to your request. You can also contact us by email.
What happens when you submit a form
Your enquiry is sent to our website and stored in its WordPress enquiry system. A notification containing enquiry details may also be sent to our business inbox at info@clstays.co.uk. This allows the CL Stays team to review the information and follow up with you.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Why we use your information
We use your details to respond, assess whether a property or investment brief fits our services, discuss possible next steps and keep a record of the conversation. If we go on to work together, relevant information may become part of that business relationship.
